belarteSTUDIO like to see products in real life on social media and we may request to share pictures posted by you on Instagram, TIK TOK and/or Pinterest in our channels. Such channels are mainly belarteSTUDIO's websites (belartestudio.com) but could also include belartestudio's other channels, for example belarteSTUDIO's newsletter, ads, social media etc.

By responding #yesbelartestudio on a picture after belarteSTUDIO’s request on Instagram, hereafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following:

- You provide belarteSTUDIO, a Swedish company with VAT number 559298-6136 (hereinafter "belarteSTUDIO"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your pictures in belarteSTUDIO’s marketing and / or advertising, in any manner to be determined in belarteSTUDIO’s sole discretion and without any obligations to you, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your pictures. belarteSTUDIO may grant a sublicense to the pictures to third parties, including affiliated companies or dealers. Furthermore, you give belarteSTUDIO your consent to use pictures where you can be identified for marketing and / or advertising purposes, pursuant to applicable Swedish law.

- You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the pictures. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that belarteSTUDIO's use of your pictures will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

- You release belarteSTUDIO from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep belarteSTUDIO and all persons acting for belarteSTUDIO free from all claims (including claims from third parties), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.

The above terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law, and competent courts in Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.
