Collaboration
Studio Kin was honored with the prestigious task of designing a new Hyatt Unbound Boutique Hotel in Mainz, Germany. The location of the hotel is both historical and central.
The interior draws its inspiration from the narrow streets and traditional architecture surrounding the hotel, creating a vivid, eclectic, inviting and homely atmosphere. Their vision was to create a cohesive and unique concept that would reflect the hotel's sophisticated and modern atmosphere.
As part of this comprehensive approach, we created a custom wall mural based on the requests of StudioKin for the lobby and reception area. Initially, they planned for a hand-painted wall mural to bring the vision to life but after seeing our ability to translate their ideas into a high-quality wall mural design with a handcrafted feel, they chose to collaborate with us.
It was our ability to create detailed, bespoke wall murals that capture both the ambiance and aesthetic depth that was a key factor in their decision. Working with us meant flexibility for our client. We helped them transform their vision into wall murals that seamlessly blended with the rest of the hotel’s design. Through our artists ability to swiftly adapt and interpret our clients' vision, we were able to create something truly unique that enhances the hotel’s atmosphere.
